SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on spath.ca can be shipped to customers using various methods. These choices will be presented during the checkout process.

Shipping Options
1. Store Pickup
-Please await an email confirming that your order is available for pickup before heading to the store.
-For curbside pickup: Simply drive to our store location (Rosedale, BC, Canada) and park in one of the designated curbside spaces. Then, call the number +1 (236) 312-4400, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
-To collect your order, please bring the following information:
-A copy of your pick-up email
-A valid piece of Government Photo ID

2. Local Delivery
-Spath Delivery operates 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) Monday to Friday and will be available for most items (delivery weight of 100 lbs or less), to the greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley. Delivery is curbside and does not include installation or assembly services.
-Customers will be contacted by Next Business Day to arrange the delivery. The delivery times will be scheduled based on the customer's convenience and the availability of delivery trucks.
-Additional charges may be applicable if special equipment, ferry tolls, or other fees are incurred.

3. Parcel Delivery
-Items with dimensions less than 5 cubic feet and weighing up to 75 lbs are qualified for Parcel Delivery.
-Spath reserves the right to cancel shipping orders based on costs, logistics, and the fragility of items. If Spath exercises the right to cancel, the customer will be notified, and every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy the customer.

RETURN POLICY
<Return Policy>
-There will be a restocking fee of 25% applied to the return of all non-defective items.
-Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received by Spath Building Supplies. If you are returning an item to our store location, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the original receipt and invoice so that your return process is quick and hassle-free.
-If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase or exchange, either by mail (Customers are responsible for shipping cost) or at the Spath Building Supplies store in Rosedale, BC, Canada with the original receipt and invoice. Items must be returned in original, undamaged, and unopened packaging. Thereafter, a manager’s approval is required. We have the right to refuse any returns.
-The bank of the credit card holder may not reverse the authorization for up to 5 business days.
-Defective products can be returned to our store location for replacement at any time during the warranty period. Some products require the warranty work to go directly to the manufacturer. Your original receipt and invoice are required for all warranty claims.
-With proof of receipt, any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. (ie credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same credit card.)

Please note that we have a number of items and services which are non-refundable, including:
-Personal care items
-Custom cut items
-Value of any coupons or promotions
-Gift cards

<Appliance Returns>
-Before your delivery
To request a cancellation of your major appliance purchase please contact the Spath Building Supplies store a minimum of 48 hrs before your delivery. Reimbursement will be made according to the original method of payment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
-After your delivery
After the delivery of your appliances, except in the case of damage or defect, you must contact the Spath Building Supplies store in order to initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery to return the appliance(s) and obtain a refund according to the original method of payment less any delivery fees (return delivery will be charged as well).
-In all cases, the appliances must be returned in their original condition, without defect or scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction booklets, etc.), in acceptable sanitary conditions, and they must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and invoice. Exchanges and returns can only be made at Spath Building Supplies store. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
